I'm getting ready for the U.S. History I CLEP test... And I'm wondering, is the stuff on here good enough to enable me to pass? Or should I study some other material, too?

Study materials and learning absorption are both subjective to the student. The simple answer to your question may in fact be yes, however many (myself included) usually recommend additional study materials; see my list below. Good Luck!

I used another book in addition to IC and found it helpful. I like history and am familiar with a lot of the stuff that History I covers, so I maybe didn't need it, but it definitely boosted my confidence. And my score.

I'm not sure. trying to remember what I used.... you know - I think my primary resource was that CLEP book. The one with the overview of US history and a sample test with answers. I think that and Instantcert should be enough. Don't forget Peterson's to check your progress! Best wishes.
