Of all the tests I've taken (six so far), the DSST Here's to Your Health computerized test was by far the easiest. I would guess at least half, possibly 2/3 of it were common sense. I studied for about a week using the IC materials here, and got a 69.
Good luck to you.

lucab617 Wrote:How is the Criminal Justice exam? Alright well after reviewing some of the posts on this exam it seems like a no brainer, but I am going to study for a whole week. It seems from my experience, which isn't much, that the computerized Dantes is much more elaborate than the written exam. It also seems that alot of the people that have taken the exam are all police officers or have some sort of knowledge about law enforcement. Is there anyone who has taken the computerized version of the exam rather than the paper version. It seems like I shit out of luck with these exams. And the sad thing is that I only need one more exam to finish my degree. Either way I am going to study as hard as I can.
You can do this, and it seems that you must now and there is no turning back. YOU MUST STUDY YOUR ASS OFF - NO EXCUSES!!! This is one of the easiest options left to you (unless you can take sociology)?
Call out sick, go on vacation, do what you must and that of course is to study!!
The best is excuse is NO EXCUSE!! You can do it - IF YOU DO IT RIGHT. No shortcuts, work hard, get serious, don't panic, and get those last three credits!!!!!

Does anyone remember what type of questions are asked on the Criminal Justice exam? It seems that whenever I go take an exam the material is alot different than what is on IC. Are the questions going to be based more on facts or more on interpretations?

I would strongly urge you to consider Marketing or Management if either of those exams fit.

I went through all of the Criminal Justice material and I know about 75% of it. I feel comfortable with this material because it seems straightforward and mostly common sense. Why do you recommend the other two exams? Also, does any have any other study sources for this exam?

Hey ShotoJuku, have you purchased the Rudman books at all? If so, did you find them helpful? I think I might go pick one up tomorrow.
