Is Sophia Still On Perkspot?

Hey All, does anyone know if Sophia.org is still on Perkspot for any company? I found out my Instacart Shopper account is still active although I haven't used it in several years and they offer Perkspot to their Shoppers. I signed up for it through the link in the Shopper portal but did not see Sophia listed as an option. Is Sophia only available to certain companies or maybe not available at all anymore?

Only offered with a very few companies, and now only to certain people at those companies, for only one month free. Instacart does not offer it.

Only offered with a very few companies, and now only to certain people at those companies, for only one month free. Instacart does not offer it.
