So I'm the bonehead today. Somehow my name under student is Chris Videogamesrock... Can I do a manual appeal with ALEKS to add this to my ACE???? The system probably wont relate the course work due to incorrect last name banghead . I also don't want to change the name fearing loss of course work.

I would suggest calling Aleks and seeing if they can change the student name without losing the work. I believe this is the correct # (714) 245-7191

Yes they credited me. Btw you can also start a new assessment before your ACE gets updated.

They can see all passed assessments. I started a new assessmEnt before adding to ACE and it wasn't a problem.

that's good to know. I think that might be an improvement over their initial classes because it used to be that starting a new assessment erased your previous work- which was the dumbest thing ever. I'm glad they fixed that!
