List of Study.com/TESU equivalencies?
#1
Apologies if this is already answered somewhere; I looked around and couldn't find anything.

I just got the Guardian Scholarship, so I'm looking to see what classes I can take at Study.com to transfer into TESU for use on a BSBA-GM. I have *most* of my GenEds and am looking specifically at Business-geared classes. I usually prefer StraighterLine but free credit is free credit!

If there's a list that has the Study.Com classes accepted and their equivalences at TESU, that would be incredibly helpful in planning out my study plan. Smile

These are the course numbers Smile https://study.com/directory/school/Thoma...ransferTab

The newer exams aren't on there yet.

I am an idiot; I *did* see that list and I must have completely forgotten about it. Too much studying turns your brain into cotton. lol!

Thank you!

On this list I see geometry transfers in, but I just asked and was told it does not! Any help?

I'm pretty sure that they're the same list but formatted differently (and, honestly, the first one is easier to read). That one also shows Geometry as transferring to TESU as MAT-260.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

TESU just got back to me and told me they will take geometry in the end!
They did say though that other study.com courses are under review.

Glad you got it taken care of finally! Phew! The "under review" thing is a bit worrying, though. Hopefully, no big changes...

So if a degree plan says it requires a math higher than College Algebra - would this MAT-260 Geometry course fill that requirement? Is it by the course number, or is there a list somewhere ranking them? Hubs needs it for the BA Technical Studies degree plan.

You need to ask the college.
I would assume that if the course number is higher than the College Algebra course number then it would count as higher, but you would need to check with the college.
