They probably intend for the student to take calculus or statistics, but it doesn't hurt to ask regarding geometry.

College Algebra is a 100 level course, anything above that would be considered "higher level". So if you see a 200 level course such as Calculus, Discrete Math, or Geometry from Study.com transfer guide, those will transfer over as a higher level math. You can ask to be safe, but you should not need a 300 or 400 level math for that BS degree in Technical Studies.

Depends on the school. At TESU, this means Precalc (MAT-129) or Trig (MAT-125). Not sure about Geometry.
