Because apparently, I can't say no to an under $10k master degree, I've applied. (Thankfully I meet the qualifications)
How did it work out?
Thanx!
I was accepted, but I didn't start the program. As interesting as it is, I went and did a different program in the interim and now I'm laser focused on my research in the PhD program I'm in. My time is split between teaching and that research. I'm hoping that after the PhD it quells my need to do more programs, but I doubt it as by that time I will be very close to the age needed to do the senior free tuition programs here in Georgia.
Looking at your signature, wow you've completed a ton of degrees in just a few years! Good for you! What's TWU where you're working on your PhD?

Do y’all think some of the credits here would transfer to the new masters in American studies at UMPI? I’m just curious. I mean there’s a few classes with similar titles.

And to Mint Berry Crunch - never say never. Going back to finish my degree during the pandemic really sparked this degree train. And since there is no tuition reimbursement for me, I'm trying to only do things that are extremely low cost, are things that are closely tied into social science so that it builds on each other for later placements in different institutions.
Current Degree Programs:
PhD Sociology - TWU - 2029
Finished Degrees:
AAS Board of Governors -PC&TC 8/2021
ASBA (cum laude) - Franklin University 9/2022
BS Social Science (cum laude) - Franklin University 12/2022
MA Social Science - GSU - 5/2025
MS Psychology - Walden - 12/2025

Quite possibly. I would send each course syllabus to each respective school and see what they say would transfer
