Any courses online like Straighterline or ALEKS out there that would cover any of these? Or any format like those? I was looking at DSST exams for these and believe some would cover if anyone has any personal experience in which ones or ideas, let me know. I spoke with my boss today and they said this degree would be great for a non profit area because I could go towards human resource or run towards a non profit management.
Thanks

Likely not... 500+ are grad level courses, DSST, ALEKs, et al are all undergrade courses... Two seperate worlds.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wile E. Coyote, genius. I am not selling anything nor am I working my way through college, so let's get down to basics: you are a rabbit and I am going to eat you for supper. Now don't try to get away, I am more muscular, more cunning, faster and larger than you are, and I am a genius, while you could hardly pass the entrance examinations to kindergarten, so I'll give you the customary two minutes to say your prayers.
Bachelor of Science in PsychoRabbitology degree
Master of Education with a specialty in Rabbit-specific destructive munitions (or eLearning & Technology, I forget which)
Doctor of Philosophy in Wile E. Leadership with an area of specialty in Acme Mind Expansion - 2017 Hopefully

On the other side of the coin, thankfully there aren't tests that can fulfill those requirements. While a BA/BS is a stepping stone full of a wide range of subjects and mastery isn't needed in any subject, a MA/MS is "mastery" of a subject. An MA/MS is a specialized degree (in most situations) where you actually learn a subject in-depth enough to actually be able to offer something to the field.

Of course. I am starting Liberty's MA of Management and Leadership later this month and with 8 week terms should go by pretty quickly. Total cost of books will be about $1400 with a $500 buy back program so total cost should be around $850 for books for the entire program. Since I am military tuition is also $250 a credit hour, should be fun.
