ACE transcript

I tried to request ACE transcripts online today and discovered that ACE separated my courses into 2 categories - one for EXAM (courses like ACTFL) and one for CREDIT (courses like Aleks). I had to pay for each transcript separately. I really thought that they put all the courses on one transcript.

Has anyone had any experience with this or am I doing something wrong?? It seems to me that all credits from one institution -ACE - should be on one transcript, right?? Not sure why they're doing it this way.
Passed so far:
CLEP:
A&I Lit - 6 credits
Freshman Comp-6 credits
Eng Comp w/Essay-6 credits
Sociology-3 credits
Principle of Mgmt-3 credits
French - 12 credits
Human Growth & Dev- 3 credits
Humanities-6 credits

DSST:
Principle of Supervision- 3 credits
Env & Humanity - 3 credits
Intro to Computing - 3 credits

FEMA/FCC: 16 credits
UMUC-22 credits
NVCC -17
ACE - 23 credits
Aleks - Beginning Algebra
Aleks-Intermediate Algebra
ACTFL Chinese -6 credits

All done - Graduating in Oct from TESC -BA in Humanities!!

Grad School: MS Human Resource Mgmt-2012

It sounds to me like you have 2 different ACE accounts set up. Call them and ask them to merge your accounts and see if they will refund you the money for the second transcript.

Yes tester I am setup that way due to ACTFL, however I jsut ordered one transcript and it worked fine, calling them would be safer though.
