May 2020 Study.com grading times?
#1
Anyone take an exam on Study.com this month, still waiting on results?  I took on at the end of April and it was graded the next day.  Took two exams on May 11th that still haven’t been graded.  Need transcript ASAP in order to graduate. Anyone else in the same boat?

If it is really urgent: make a support ticket requesting it to be expedited.

I did that, and sent a follow up email 3 days ago. No response. I’m on pins in needles because my graduation. Date will be pushed back to August if so don’t get my transcript in by next week  Shy Shy Shy

Why would they be? There's literally nothing their people do that can't be done from home.

Maybe some are sick. Maybe there are more assignments turned in as BM students / people w/ closed office are at home too.

Took me a week to get an exam graded (took on 5/6), and this is after pestering them a lot about it, letting them know I need it for graduation, etc. Request the transcript as soon as you can, since you have the option to have them send it after your pending courses are graded, which speeds up that process.

Of the 3 I’ve taken in May, the longest I waited was 9 days, the shortest was 4 days. All of them were business courses with assignments. I’ve experienced quicker turn around time in May than I did in April. Definitely message them. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you!

For the same reason that Sophia's grading times have gone through the roof...with B&M classes, CLEP, DSST and Pearson shut down, online course providers with thier own bundled exams are the only game in town.

Oh, I see what you mean. Yes, that's possible. It would actually be interesting to know how much enrollment at the Big S's has gone up in the last two months. Have any of them said?
