The good News is that deadline is only 60 days away for the Fall 2025 start. Its only once a year for the PhD and not sure about others.
They want 2 references (1 academic and 1 professional or both can be academic but can't be both professional).
They want the transcripts and if you can work with Laquetta, she will review the unofficial transcripts first tell that if you need to waste $50 application fee or not. They are pretty good in responding in 24 hours after receiving the basic review of unofficial transcripts for you to apply.
Here is what they ask
Resume/CV
Written Summary of Academic History  (Please upload a written summary of your academic history. Explain your interruption in your academic career and motivation for returning. You may upload up to 5 documents.)
- Extra Documentation (Documentation to support application as needed.)

In lump sum, if you have too many colleges and their transcripts, have your budget of $100 to $120 because parchment and national clearing house charge different fees for different transcripts.

I hope this helps.
Since i applied while i am doing another master with UMPI MAOL because if i admitted in PhD it will start till August 2025.
Based on what i got and my early review of unofficial transcripts i have to do 18 credits with $350 and plus $500 other fees.

Thanks

Is that 500 in fees per credit or per semester?

500 per credit. Nothing semester. They transfer half of the credit. They are tough about your transfer credits.
But once you do it right you can get the degree under $18k.
You can’t go wrong with this.

So that is a total of 850 per credit. I know of several doctorates with cheaper rates. But still, it is much cheaper than some other schools.

What other schools have you found that cost less?

Ooh, I guess they raised their price from what was listed online.

Ooh, I guess they raised their price from what was listed online.

Some Colleges that offer Doctorate level courses for less than 850 per credit:

University of Illinois
Louisiana State University
Middle Georgia State University
Eastern Illinois University
Southern Illinois University
University of Missouri
Missouri State University
University of Kansas

I could go on...
But to quickly give a frame of reference, many Midwestern public universities (not privates) have policies where out-of-state students are charged the same as in-state residents for 100 percent online classes. (Indiana State is a notable exception, and many of the departments there charge out the ass if you live out of state. Same with Iowa State)

So, for many Midwestern public schools you can expect to pay under 800, hell... under 600 per credit, including fees at the doctoral level (presuming you aren't in medical/dental or law school).

Two examples: Eastern Illinois University doctoral tuition 344/hr (online doctoral degrees in Education)
Middle Georgia State University grad tuition (MS and DSc) 261/hr ( online DSc offered in IT or Public Safety/Law enforcement)

This is partly why I look askance at any program costing over 20,000 and refuse to look at anything over 25,000.

YMMV
