I would prefer the math personally, but I already have 15 computer credits from junior college. So all I need is 1 more credit. Free TEEX 301 !

It´s essentially a free CS degree Smile Thanks TESU!

That is correct. TESU does not accept it. I just do any math course that comes around and is cheap. It will be listed on the ACE transcript, maybe on the TESU transcript. I will probably do one of the transcript services. Excelsior's is a couple of hundred dollars. The Foundations of Stats. course was a nice review of Z scores and basic statistics. I learned from it and I can add it to my pile of math-related credits/credit recommendations.

Hopefully tomorrow I find out whether I can complete Math without taking Calc II. If so, I plan to go for it, replacing the CS concentration. (And I would take Calc II, Discrete Math, etc later.)

If Calc II is needed, I think I'll try it. I may not pass, since a lot of my time will go toward the TECEP and other things I'm committed to. I've taken Calc II long ago, but don't have credit for it. It looks pretty hard now, and when I tried to do Calc I it was challenging.

I'm struggling with this last TECEP. I might be sick. That would really be a setback.

Apparently even with Calc II, I could not get the Math Associates degree. So it seems the requirements for the degree are still kind of difficult, unlike what the unofficial evaluation shows. I guess for someone who's good at math, it's easy, but I think that Intro Stats doesn't count in the AOS either. I am too far away to be able to get it which is disappointing.

Crazy that they don't list what you need to take.

As an FYI, Stats is a required course for the BA in Math, so I can't imagine that it won't count for the AA.

My Saylor CIS exam came in properly to my ASNSM-CS, and my CSU-G CBE came in properly to my BSBA-Fin. I still recommend that everyone get the CSU-G preapproved specifically, because I was told various answers on it.

It's the first time I'm seeing my CS eval say "Complete" Smile Seeing Fin complete will be amazing.

Strangely my past Fin TECEP hasn't posted after all this time, but I think they'll fix it soon.

I'm hoping to take the last TECEP early on the 17th or late on the 16th. I feel like this is very far away and I have a lot of reading to do. We'll see.

I think that adding the ASNSM-CS made my Bio catalog year change, but I guess there wasn't a difference. I guess some people might have to be careful to not add a second concentration in case it changes your first, particularly for a Bachelor's.

I'm glad I waited on the Math. I was tempted to join Shmoop.

I've still never taken anything at SL!

I have a knack for overstudying, but I really want to speed up my TECEP studying, so I don't fall behind in life things while studying so much. I need to keep reminding myself that I almost always overstudy, and it's not necessary.

Would you mind sharing what CSU-G exam you took, and what the TESU course equivalency was?

The Finance for Small Businesses one. FIN-314 Small Business Finance.

I finally got the TECEP done, with a passing score. So hopefully I'll be approved for graduation any day now! It's hard to believe.

It's been a tough week. I really do not recommend taking anything last-minute. There was so much added pressure since I had no chance to do anything else, if I failed this. When I began the exam, the first 3 questions seemed hard. Of course I started wondering if I would fail and not be able to graduate for 3 months.

I'm still nervous that something will go wrong and they'll say I can't graduate yet. I don't know what could go wrong exactly, because I'm sure they'll get this graded in time, as it was multiple-choice only.

This was the Security Analysis TECEP, which I apparently mistakenly thought was LL previously. I felt it was pretty hard. I stupidly thought there was only going to be 60 questions, so when I completed the first section, I got surprised by 20 extra questions, and I was already getting pretty tired. I'm not sure what to say about this exam. I guess the difficulty was about like the other one for me. I had read something about it being much easier than the Money & Banking DSST, but I guess I feel this was harder for me. They are pretty different.
