So how many credits do I need?? 25.47 or 61.47? I'm confused because when I count the class credit hours they don't add up to either number! Which number should they add up to?

Thanks,

You need 25.47, but they are saying that in order to do that, because of the distribution, you will likely need 12 three credit classes, giving their estimated 36. If you can post up your evaluation we can all have a look at it for you and offer suggestions.

That's it exactly. To help dial in more, we'd have to see the evaluation to see if some of those unused credits can be moved up through an appeal.

It means most students need to earn 120 credits to fulfill all the necessary degree requirements. TESC recognizes that you have earned 94.53 credits, and if all of those applied to your chosen degree's requirements, you would only need to earn 25.47 more credits to graduate.

However, you must have 10.53 credits that do not apply to your degree plan. If you look on your evaluation, at the very bottom, there is a section labeled "Other Courses." These are courses that TESC acknoledges you've earned and are showing on your transcript in case you ever add a different / second degree evaluation that might apply...but they do not apply to the degree plan you're in right now.

You must have had some quarter-hour transcripts to have those fractions, and the fit when transferring to a semester hour school gets a bit messy and may mean some duplicate coursework is required to fill out all the numbers. My husband ran into this when he looked at transferring his Associate completed at a quarter-hour school to work on a Bachelors.

Here is my Eval for BSBA Accounting. I do plan to take one class at TESC for GPA. And I have decided to wait to enroll because I am not ready for that pressure....But I think with the new July 1st changes I won't be too bad off...I just couldn't understand the credit breakdowns. Thanks for any advice!

Did you take Pre-Calculus before they dropped that requirement for their BSBA's? Are you working towards fulfilling the general education requirements effective 7/1, as Pre-Calculus and US History will not be used in the above evaluation?

Us History 1 can go under a humanities which is one of the new requirements and I thought one of the new requirements can be filled with a math so I figured one of the maths could go there. It keeps changing and it's frustrating since nobody as tesc will guide me until I enroll.... I will do SL ( macro/micro and acct 1 and acct 2) I figure these are safe for me until the the new changes get in place. What do you think?
