Just took it today and passed. Only got a 56, so it was close, but still a pass. There were only a few of the equations. It does cover a LOT of subjects so you'll need a basic understanding of almost everything science.
If you sign up for Instantcert you can go over the CLEP Biology, which makes up 50% of the test. I would defintely check out the Specific Exam Feedback forum that Tasman recommended.
In addition to those I used the free-clep-prep site and the Peterson sample exams. Their sample exams are pretty intense, much harder then the actual CLEP. Better to be over prepared then under though. Of course there's also the actual physical books for prep... I used the Official Clep Guide and Princeton Cracking the Clep for more practice exams and explanations.
