soooo ummm... anyone willing to help a fella out?
I don't have a printer at home and I'm crushing the study guardi@n scholarship as well as the tesu clep thing... Really want to get that sweet stats credit before the end of the month. Last time I tried aleks I think I only got 40% on stats and mathway was the only way I was able to get through the algebra stuff. Help? (i have money and a complete lack of morality

)

I'm only half joking.. Last time I tried Aleks it put me off so hard it's taken me over a year to get started on working towards this again. I hate hate hate math and I've created a fantastic career for myself without advanced mathematics. I just want it to be over.

Last week I was jokingly saying the same thing. Intro to statistics was killing me. I finally got thru the eval at 69.749% which got rounded up to 70% and gave me credit. I've literally never been so happy to have rounding on a score.
No point in trying to cheat it, it can be done, but it's tough.

Actually it was 83/119 modules (69.747899159663865546218487394958%) and I forgot that was Behavioral Sciences Statistics, for some reason I did better in that course than I did in the intro.

For those who worried about paper and printer ink, you can always use the screen shot and paste it in a word document or ny favorite Snipping Tool program. I finished as much as I can with ALEKS. I was thinking of doing the other 2 statistics course just before it expires at the end of the month. My membership expires 4/9. Hmm.
The website says the duplication of PreCal and College with Trig. The Trig alone will count as elective right?

My son couldn't get past 42% or so, and he was getting so frustrated he just gave up - this was about a year ago. 80 or so credits later, he's down to just stats and 2 other courses before enrolling at WGU. He was doing 2 accounting courses via SL and has 2 weeks left over, so he's going to try to get through Stats via SL (it's only $25 because it uses Saylor's material). It's got 5 tests worth half the grade, and the final is worth half the grade - I wish the final was worth the usual 20% or 30% SL does with other courses - but I'm hoping he can get what he needs to pass and be done with this crap. I don't see much about SL's stats here - I'll be sure to post about it once he's done with it.
Here Researching for my son, who has done the following:
Community College: Intro to Philosophy, Fundamentals of IT, English Comp 1
Saylor: Intro to Business, Principles of Marketing, Corporate Communication
Shmoop: US History 2 (WGU won't accept this)
ALEKS: Int. Algebra, College Algebra
Study.com: Personal Finance, Principles of Finance, HR Management, Global Business, Advanced Operations Management
Straighterline: US History 2, Environmental Science, US History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, English Comp 2, Principles of Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Accounting 1,Communication, Managerial Accounting, Statistics
Ed4Credit: Managing Information Systems
Sophia: Project Management
WGU: Bachelors in HR Management
Second son is currently attending Penn Foster for his high school diploma, then on to Ashworth for An Associates in Criminal Justice
