Your best bet right now is to complete the requirements outside of PUG by following the post #3 link to the PUG degree plan.  LevelUP did a great job on the degree plan and it's very up to date, I would then recommend applying to PUG when you have the Sophia.org/Study.com courses completed.  Apply when you're ready, I don't think they'll reject you even if you go through with a 'mediocre' interview.

Wait. I can’t use Sophia or study.com courses as the 3 courses  required from an accredited college or university right?

I asked specifically this question to an Advisor via webchat (you can try asking yourself they are highly responsive and on-point), the advisor confirmed that 3 courses requirement for ExcelTrack can also be courses from alternate sources, e.g. IT Certs/Sophia/SDC.

Almost 75% of your credits will come from a combination of ACE Alternative credit from Sophia.org/Study.com, W3 School PHP Cert, Coursera, etc.  The other 25% comes from Purdue Global Excel Track competencies that you can't transfer courses into, and the Capstone.  It's essentially you're trying to max it up to 75% ACE, 25% PUG.
