The 3 courses thing just means you need to have at least 12 credits. It's easy enough these days to get that. This shows PUG that you are able to complete university-level work. I understand. I’ve never dealt with this so I didn’t know. Thank you for explaining it.
Can those 3 courses be online certification courses?
It might be worth looking at the classes offered through ASU Universal Learner and Olivet Nazarene University's Your Way program.

@overlord, I got your PM. More details please... It's best of you complete the addendum (last post) here: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works
Having said that, I highly suggest 3 things, certs, degree, experience. I recommend completing as many inexpensive certs from here: Coursera
You're starting your journey and you've got time on your hands as you're just 22. I wouldn't rush it since you mentioned "time" is your main factor in finishing. I really would suggest you the TESU option for the BA Computer Science as you can add the BSBA CIS by taking just 5 extra courses. This gives you two degrees at the price of 1 and you can finish in the time of 1 degree using mainly Sophia.org and Study.com ACE credit.
There are so many schools available but the ones you mentioned will take more energy, money, time which you don't really want to waste. You can save up for the mentioned Georgia Tech or University of Texas-Austin Masters programs, or NYU etc... Your main goal right now is to get the Sophia.org courses completed and then the Study.com courses completed by following this wiki template: TESU BA CS & BSBA CIS Double Degree

I'm going to say that if you have no experience in Computer Science, then shooting for a CBE program like PUG's ExcelTrack program is not the best way to go; that is intended for someone who already has experience and can go quickly (you are paying for time here).
Instead, I'd recommend TESU, which will allow you to do all the relevant courses on your own time table, and we know you can do all 114cr via alt-credit (obviously you need to bring in 24cr from an RA source). You are basically locking in the price since you know ahead of time exactly what you need to take, from where, and how much it will cost up front. Of course, if TESU raises their tuition/fees before you graduate, there's not much that can be done, but that's true at any school.
I'd also suggest that you use ACTFL to gain a bunch of credits for knowing a foreign language. I wouldn't go overboard, since you only have space for 9cr in the GE, and 30cr in Free Electives, and you will fill a lot of the Free Electives area with ACE credit in IT stuff, but it's definitely worth doing if you can. Just make sure your language is listed before taking any of the exams (if you tell us here what your language is, we can help you determine which exams are available).

PUG doesn't require a resume, but you are asked questions about your experience. My husband had to go through an interview to be accepted into the ExcelTrack and he already had 2 associate degrees - one in CIS and one in Engineering Science.

Thank you for your response. I really don't know any foreign languages. So that's not an option to me. I'll look into TESU courses.

Ah, so you went to a local private high school. I suppose the main language taught was English. Doesn't your state have an official language such as Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, or Urdu? I know Hindi is the main language for Business along with English... Anyways, what we usually recommend is to take the ACTFL for one of these languages you are very familiar and fluent with for the cheapest, easiest, and fastest ACE credits transferable. 1 fluent language can get you up to 12 UL & 12 LL max, depending on the languages offered...
