You've got the energy, money, time to get it done... The BACS/CIS combo is only a few courses extra, you can spend the $79/month for the first month of Sophia.org, then take the 4 months at $299, for a total of $378 which is within budget, then do the Coursera Plus for the ACE credit options, this can be had (when on special, just $1 for the first month, and $49-$79 additional months), when you have all the ones you want completed, you can do the TEEX and other cheapies/freebies towards max transfer at TESU.
