I like how they tell you the grading of the course at the bottom. OGL 200 is 85% assignments and 15% quizzes; OGL 220 is 43% assignments and 57% quizzes. If you don't love tests, OGL is the course for you.

These new courses compensate the bad news regarding ULC removing the Preview Mode.

I think many "ULC addicted" like me received this update:

"We are making an important change to our course design that may impact you. Starting Thursday, July 21, we will be removing the “Preview Mode” from our courses.

You will still be able to add a course to your course schedule for upcoming sessions. However, your access to the course will not be opened until the $25 course enrollment fee (previously known as the Upgrade fee) has been paid.

Check out the updated course briefs for more detailed information about each course. We will continue to offer a full refund of the enrollment fee up to 10 days after the course begins."

Well, based on the email I received, at least not the way I was used to. Looks like there will be an option to get a refund if one drops within 10 days... we will see.

I guess $25 isn't too bad to be able to audit the whole course but still kind of lame.

Yes indeed. And for sure not enough to discourage me from continuing to take their courses.
