Awesome, thank you! I got myself one for $45. It only allowed for MBA + Masters on the list of programs though. I wonder if I can reach out to support to get it changed to a double masters instead.
Update: It worked, academy@ changed it for me.

Yeah, I couldn't let this deal go... So, ordered the ENEB card... Are they going to ship something to me? As the registration link only had my name and student number, nothing else! Further to that, who here selected the two new programs, it's stuck with MBA + Masters program, I'll just have to email them I want to change the programs around... Which program did you all select? Blockchain is one interesting option I want...

Blockchain is one interesting option I want... No, they won’t ship anything. You need to download the International Student Identity Card app and link that to your ENEB student id.
academy@ was able to change it for me to a double masters. I picked the Business Intelligence + Digital Business one.

I believe the 150 € deal is for new students, whereas the 39 € is for existing/former students - with unfinished or expired programs.
