Ok, so this maybe a dumb question but I am going to ask it anyway. I just got registered for InstantCert and everyone is talking about petersons. I went to the register page for the petersons and it asked what branch of the military I am in. I am not in the military and I was wondering if you have to be in the military to register for the petersons? and thus be able to acces the practice tests?
