O.P Jindal Changes Prices on Some Masters

I filled the data for the MBA OP Jindal on UpGrad, using a referral code that I saw on this board, and got this price:



So now it costs around USD$ 2,060, after applying the referral discount.

It used to be around USD$ 1,700 (on the UpGrad page, without any discount) until a few weeks ago that I checked it.

I noticed, learners can also get 12 credit for completing some Coursera Certs

Does it make sense for American to take this Degree, as oppose to HAU $3000

MBA with data analytics, it's the same one I mentioned above in post #8... I also followed up with another quick post #22, you may want to review them both. Without knowing anything about you, other than what you've posted before, it's going to be hard to answer your question... HAU is a generic MBA, many would go for this instead of the Upgrad option unless you're really strapped for cash and can handle Upgrads learning system along with their difficulties...

The second part in brackets, "Deemed to be University", is a designation for universities that are not established by statute but have been recognised as a university by the regulator. Private universities will usually fall into this category.

OP Jindal just announced they are releasing a MA in Indian Studies for the same price.

That price is hard to beat. Especially since it's for a degree rather than a certificate. I may have to look into it. I've always wanted to dip my toes into national security.

I looked into this a while back but figured O.P. Jindal's degrees would be somewhat redundant to my current coursework towards a degree in Defense and Strategic Studies and the Indian Studies degree would be redundant to my prior Master's in Asian Studies.

I was curious at one point if they would ever offer Doctorates as well as Master's degrees via online learning platforms.

I would love for them to institute a doctorate! I will shoot them an email and see if there are any plans.

See, I'm actually considering them in addition to DSS because I am hoping the program offers four things:
1) English speaking degree
2) Pacific focus
3) Thoughts on countering China that don't come from Washington, Ottawa, or Canberra... 
4) Thoughts from a Non-NATO nuclear power
