It has a YES or NO question about ACE transferring all the credits to Acclaim. You get to choose if you want them to move them all to Acclaim or not.

What’s strange to me is issuing badges for 20 courses and missing two. Then after several contacts and 2-3 weeks getting another issued. Then The wait game for the final course. Why not take care of one member at a time to completion then move on to the next call. What’s up with all the bouncing around ?

Also, it's not like it's certain courses that are "broken". Different people have different courses missing. It's weird.

Agree, and this would be the one point of contention I too would have. That said, I know what it's like on the other side, where trying to get one thing done requires the coordination of multiple people - it's amazing how colleague will cheerfully claim 'oh yeah, I can get that done for you tomorrow', and so you tell the client who keeps demanding an answer: 'we'll have to you in a couple of business days, end of the week the latest' and then a week later, still nothing. You can't tell the client about your moron coworker, or the idiotic state legislation and ridiculous paperwork, or whatever it is that has held things up. Things like this happen even in the most normal of circumstances. And right now things are hardly 'normal'.

So I wouldn't want to tell people how to feel and to 'simmer down', just as much as I wouldn't appreciate others instructing me to panic. More than ever people probably want to maintain as much control as possible.
It's just a friendly suggestion to maintain perspective and patience.

I have little skin in this game. It'd be nice for those 30-odd credits I earned to be there already, but in the grand scheme of things, it's not the most paramount. I realise others may not feel the same. But being worried is choice we make.

I hope everyone gets the resolution they need.

Honestly, I don't care what the issue is - don't tell me it will be there and then not have it be there.  That is called lying. If there are issues, I'd prefer to be told that they're having problems with my account, or my course, or whatever, rather than telling me it'll be there by end of day today, and then nothing.  That's crappy.

I also have not told anyone to panic.

I was taking issue with YOU telling me not to worry or whatever.  Please don't.  I am not at all worried (I already graduated with my degree), but I am concerned for people who are in limbo and really need their credits and might not get them, or have something happen and miss the deadline.  Those people should worry - probably not panic just yet, but definitely worry, and consider taking other courses if they need them prior to a certain date if Sophia drops the ball.

It wasn't directed solely at you (I usually quote the specific sentence or section if I'm replying directly to someone), and I genuinely intended it as a suggestion. It was a pretty tame 'demand', if you must see it that way. Maybe re-read my comment and find the 'demand', because I can't see it.

But I will heed your demand to me, not to demand to you, because demanding things of others is bad, and refrain from further comment on this thread.

I absolutely would be concerned or worried, I sure was worried when public speaking didn’t get a badge issued, being a very time consuming course. Now I’m just waiting for us history. With that course I’m not worried but concerned. Lol. Now for people still waiting on 15-20 courses, And haven’t applied and had an eval done yet with tesu , yea I’d be a nervous wreck.

Were you able to get a badge for that? I am trying to get mine... I completed it a little while ago and didn't transfer it over immediately..

Nope. Not yet. I reached out to Sophia again last Wednesday and was told my Call was closed and listed as complete. The person said she Was going to speak to her supervisor to find out why this kept happening. That was the last I heard. Still no badge. It’s been a month since I first requested.
