Has anyone got first hand experirence with EC's OneTranscript service?
I'm matriculated at TESC for a BA in Music which by itself is not an accredited music program, but all of my music courses were earned at National Association of Music School (NASM) institutions. So if some time in the indeterminable future I would like to apply to a state agency for an alternative teacher licensure path, I thought maybe the OneTranscript would make it easier for them to assess what further requirements I would need. Also, since teaching and possibly grad schools have GPA requirements within the music major, the OneTranscript should help to make this clear.
Any thoughts or opinions on this scheme?

In regard to grad school, when you apply they are going to request transcripts from every school you have attended. They will take all those grades and compute a GPA. It will not matter that those grades are not on your TESC transcript.
I have EC's OneTranscript service. I signed up for it in 2004 when it was still called a credit bank transcript. I was planning on going back into the military and it was a way to consolidate all my college credits, cleps, and dantes on one paper. I decided not to join, but I still use the OneTranscript service. Last year, I finally applied to Excelsior. They told me in order to do my evaluation I would need to submit all my transcripts. So I responded, "you already have all my transcripts." They said that they only keep transcripts for a certain period of time. Because mine were sent so long ago, I would need to submit them again. I said, "can I just send you a current OneTranscript?" Dead silence. Then I continued, "if not, what purpose do they serve and why do you offer the service?" I was put on hold and then a minute later someone came on the phone and said, "We have everything we need."
