For those who haven't received anything from Parchment, have you tried contacting them or reviewing the online info for any type of resolution they may provide for those who are missing the final award or conferred diploma.

Have you contacted UMPI? That's where I'd start. Is your degree conferral date the last day of your term?

I got an email stating that “a printed document was sent to me”yesterday…I hope its my actual diploma they said 5-7 business days, no tracking number so its just one more let down to be quite honest. Im really hoping I can put hands on this paper this week Im going nuts…??

This is a reply I received when asked. Just wanted to give an update for people who are waiting for their parchment email:
“I have a large number of degrees to award. As soon as I get a large batch done, I will upload them to Parchment. I will be conferring degrees well into the beginning of June. It is a manual process to actually confer.I hope to send a batch by the end of this month.”

Everyone on campus just graduated so there's a massive amount of students to process. This will definitely slow things down for quite awhile unfortuantely.
