With the change to a proctored final exam which will serve no substantive purpose other than a "perceived" revenue generator for SL, my question is on their wording of the policy.
"for all final exams to be proctored takes effect for courses purchased on or after November 1, 2012"
As I read it this one would believe you could "purchase" all the courses you are looking at completing prior to November 1,2012 and then work through them at an average pace and not be subject to the cost of the proctored final. Is this only wishful thinking?
