I've been out of school for 10 years. I've been studying with instantcert for about a week. I have an 85% when I get through the questions. What percentage were you getting right when you decided to actually test? I'm concerned about the essay portion as well. I tend to draw a blank in high pressure situations and I'm scared I'll freeze up when I get to the essays. Was this part extremely difficult? I really need to pass this exam. I'm just a big bundle of nerves right now.

Take a few deep breaths... If you don't pass it, you can always retake.
I'd say you're good to go on the multiple choice part if you are getting above 80% on practice tests. The stresser for me was the essays; like you, I used to worry that I'd blank under pressure and write a horrific essay. To combat that, in the days leading up to the test, I forced myself to write an essay every single day. And I even timed it! It helped me tremendously when it came down to the actual test.
Best wishes - that was one of my most feared tests. But if I can do it, so can you!
