Pennsylvania residents excluding nursing students will now pay TESU in-state (New Jersey) undergraduate tuition, beginning with August 2024 registrations.

Awesome, for those in PA... If they can just extend this to the rest of the US at least, they can have a 'domestic' tuition and 'international' tuition instead of an in-state vs out-of-state... Would benefit most of the people on this board! The best option still is the flat-rate-tuition though, if they can do the same as they did for the residency waiver fee, one fee for all, that would be best...

AAS, BOG (Info Systems)---Pierpont Community and Technical College, December 2023 Certificate, Community Health Worker---Berkeley City College, December 2023 Currently: BA, Liberal Studies/Social Sciences---Thomas Edison State University, (July 2024-present; expected graduation December 2025) Considering: MA in Counseling---not sure where.
I grew up on the other side of PA and often forget that NJ is a neighboring state. I always think of NY and OH.
