If anyone know , if any Ivy league university is offering such or similar course please share information.

@myopenledger, Welcome to the board, that's a very short introduction without any other info from you and about your previous studies. We can obviously just randomly provide you options, but what if it's not within your budget or price range, takes longer than 4 years, not an Ivy, etc. This is where I usually recommend people to fill in the addendum and template to provide us an overall picture of your scenario and what you are looking at/for... Ivy League universities rarely if ever offer PhDs in online mode, though remote arrangements for the dissertation phase might sometimes be negotiated individually.

Non Ivy League universities, adjacent fields, but designed to be offered online or by low residency:

Antioch University PhD in Environmental Studies
Capitol Technology University PhD in Sustainability
Prescott College PhD in Sustainability Education
University of North Dakota PhD in Earth Systems Science & Policy
University of North Dakota PhD in Environmental Engineering
University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point EdD in Educational Sustainability
Viridis Graduate Institute Doctor of Arts (DA) with Emphasis in Ecopsychology and Environmental Humanities (not regionally accredited; nationally accredited by the DEAC)
