Question about transferring/credit-washing ACCET credits for transfer to TESU or UMPI

Hi, folks.

Not sure if this is the right category. Feel free to move it if not.

Curious if anyone has insight on any way to transfer credits from Intercoast College (ACCET-accredited) to TESU, UMPI (or, for that matter, Excelsior).  I have a friend who works as a drug/alcohol counselor and got a certificate (and maybe part of an associates) from Intercoast.

I'm guessing it's a no, but I'm wondering if there might be a way to credit-wash to get her some credits for the work she's done.  I know that students at DLCAS.com have successfully transferred credits (or credit equivalencies) to a couple of regionally accredited schools, and I don't think that place has any accreditation at all.

It isn't the end of the world if she can't, but if she can... it will give her a leg up on completing a bachelor's degree.

TESU recently opened the door to nationally accredited credit. UMPI is somewhat open to NA credit. Intercoast College does not appear in UMPI's database of transfer precedent, and I don't know whether any ACCET school does, but some NA schools appear such as Beal University. Excelsior has always been open to NA credit.
