Im new to this, what does ECE means?

ECE stands for Excelsior College Examinations. You can schedule them online through Excelsior's website or through Pearson/VUE (the testing center site). Thomas Edison State College also offers examinations called TECEP tests. The registration form for those exams is on Thomas Edison's website.
