The ones I have missing are: Ancient Greek Philosophers, Developing Effective Teams, and The Essentials of Managing Conflict.
I finally got a response today to my second help ticket, and they told me they should show up by end of this week.

Interesting... I was assuming people would be missing the same courses, but guess it is individual.

I’ve probably had 6 help tickets in last 6 weeks, and just about everyone says the same thing ,should see them soon. Lol. They’ll get it eventually. I hope.

I spoke with them and they were nice but couldn't help me much. It's an IT issue and they keep trying. If they don't arrive by Friday then it's time to call the next week.
I am missing 5 classes but just enrolled in two classes free so I will just be patient. Only Study.com has sent my other courses.

I see it now. Unfortunately I don't have that option on my previous Sophia courses.

Yeah, it's a big mess. I was lucky enough to get 15 of my 17 badges, but I wish the missing two were the 1-credit ones instead!
Get on the live chat if you can, and ask them to get IT to add your badges manually. You might not get them all, but it's a start.

Thanks. I did that and they said they put in the request which takes 3-5 days. I guess that's normal? I only have 4 that I need to get transferred. Might be easier to retake them if it becomes an issue.
