Does anyone know of any other colleges except the Big 3 that do not require a residency requirement? I am majoring in accounting and have the majority of my credits.

The only US Regionaly Accredited university Canadian university, Athabasca, has a 30 credit residency requirement in the accounting program.

Most colleges require at least 30 credits from that university to graduate. Excelsior, Charter Oak, and TESC are the only three I have ever stumbled upon and I've done a pretty thorough online search.
