Restart TEEX IT course?
#1
I started a TEEX course, but can I let the course expire and start over next year?

I want to complete the course after my BSBA, when I'm enrolled in CS.

I'm not sure it matters, but it might count in the degree somehow. Even if it doesn't, I am not sure I want to spend hours on that in the next few weeks, to finish before it expires.

Pretty sure I've read in other threads that you can email them and ask to get it reset.

Email them and ask them to close your account. I think if you let it "expire" it may never happen and will show a pre-degree start date, which could be a second-degree issue.

How sure are you about the closing of the account?

I asked them if they could unenroll me from the set of courses / delete them from my account, so I could do them fresh next year. They said no, I would end up getting an Incomplete for them.

I'll probably just finish it up, instead of taking the chance of never getting any credit for it.

You gave them too much information (reasons lol). Just tell them you need to unenroll from all courses and close your account immediately. If they don't comply in a reasonable amount of time, send a short note to the BBB. Nothing devastating and angry, but that will put a little pressure on them.
