Yesterday, I was taking the "Software Engineering" exam and the middle of the exam (25 questions), I got a pop-up message stating internet issue then another pop up stating it is restored, click on Reload button. I clicked on Reload button then page can't be displayed shown. I reached out to support and they reset the exam for me.
Today, I was taking ENG 1 (45 questions) and the same issue again.
Does anyone face this kind of issues?

I have heard others get error messages but have not experienced any on my own. Did you try a different browser?

Did you basically have to start the exam all over again?? I have never faced this kind of a problem. I have faced problems with being registered for an exam, getting the alpha-numeric code, and then not being able to take the exam, because the proctoring software wouldn’t work. I had to write to study.com to allow me to take the exam the next day. And they were always helpful and cooperative.

Yes, I did the exam all over again for Software engineering as it crashed.
Today is the last day of my subscription yet to get a positive reply from SDC support for English 1.
