Has anyone dropped a course and been able to sign up for it again later? I dropped 2 during this promo period and would like to take them, but I'm already in the middle of 3 classes. I'll complete them soon but not sure if I'll get them done before the 31st. Maybe I'll have to try to remember and ask on their chat feature during the day.

I tried to add one that I dropped and it wouldn't give me that option. You probably have to contact them to get it added again.

You could contact them to get it re-added, but the date would still only extend up to 105 days after registration (45 days extension incl).

There is a 30 day cool down period I think.

I just dropped the Accounting course cause I was hoping I could take it later.. now I realize I can't add it back to active courses on my end, will contacting Sophia make it possible to bring it back?
I already sent a message to them but it's the weekend now so no one there will respond and I'm a little anxious about this.. Any answers are appreciated, thanks!

You won't get a response over the weekend. They will reset it for you. You can also request a course reset via chat during business hours.

You have to wait 30 days. Then ask in chat only staff can activate the course for u.

Since when? I have had classes reactivated in less than 30 days so I wonder when this policy came about.

If I remember correctly, the 30 day cool off period is if you failed a final exam and you want to retake the class.

Last time i asked it was mid of September. Maybe smth changed since then. But this is what i was told in September
