Go to Valorebooks or thriftbooks or similar used book stores (online), and get your copy for cheap, please no one pay more than 25 bucks.
I bought one copy of the 19th for 8 shipped, and one copy of the 18th for 6 shipped. Another thing to check are the shopping search engines. Google shopping, yahoo, etc. Please dont overpay!

My isbn number is 978-0-07-131700-9 Global editions (sometimes called international editions) are usually the same as the US edition with the same edition number, except that they are printed on cheaper paper and in black and white only (rather than color). They are meant to be sold only in foreign markets where the cost of living is lower. (India is the biggest source of English language international/global editions.) However, it is perfectly legal for a US consumer to buy a global/international edition -- although there are copyright/licensing restrictions about selling them. Although the only way to be absolutely certain that they are the same is to compare them side-by-side, you're most likely OK.

My isbn number is 978-0-07-131700-9 I got the International Version of a textbook a couple of years ago for a class (the textbook for the class new was $375 - the International version was $21). It was definitely different in that it was a softcover, with cheaper paper (almost see-through, you could not highlight in it at all). Also, the print was harder to discern between regular and bolded words. The main issue I had was that the chapter names were different, and the entire book was in a completely different order. I actually had to go through and compare chapter by chapter. I put a post-it note on the top of each chapter, and "renamed" each one to match the original. When I checked, every single chapter had the same info, in the same order. The wording of each chapter were exactly the same as the "correct" chapter in the original. If I hadn't have done this, I would have been doing the wrong chapters each week for class. And, we had open-book exams on sections of the book, so having the chapters "corrected" made a big difference. Now, for this textbook, and this test, it doesn't really matter, since you're taking a single exam on the entire first 8 chapters of the book. You just have to make sure that you study the correct chapters (if they happen to be out of order like mine was). This should be easy, since the first 8 chapters are the subject matter, while the last chapters are all Case-Studies. As long as you don't spend time on case studies (like Southwest Airlines), you should be good.

Has anyone found a .pdf version of the 17th or 18th editions? (I came across the 16th edition.) I'd like to upload it to my phone and listen to it while I'm driving.
