Study MSc in Environmental Management for free with the Open University UK
#1
To be eligible, you must fulfil the following criteria:

  • hold a bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline from a UK university or the equivalent.

  • be enrolled to study, or planning to enrol to study, the MSc in Environmental Management starting in the 2023/24 academic year.

  • have a gross personal income of not more than £25,000 per year, or be in receipt of a UK qualifying benefit.

  • demonstrate a passion for, and commitment to, renewable energy solutions through a short written statement

Sounds a great deal for whom has a BEng and wants to develop knowledge in the environmental field. (And meet the income requirement :/)

They didn't specify it as home students only, probably worth emailing them and sharing here. One potential problem I can see is to prove the income if not a UK taxpayer.
