study.com review/approval for ACE?

So I've had two courses in the pending slot - one for for almost two weeks now. Is that normal? Should I call them? My first went through finally but not the latest two.

I'm having issues as well. I had 3 classes lingering, so I submitted a ticket. One was approved. I received a note explaining how to request credit, so I replied that I'd already done so. A day later, I received word that my reply had been "bumped up the chain." The next day, one was approved and the other incorrectly denied because it had "already been requested". So I sent another note today, and re-requested it via ACE. It's a little frustrating, as WVNCC is waiting for this so I can graduate. Hopefully it's fixed, stat. And hopefully this is just a glitch that gets resolved quickly, as I do enjoy their classes.

...they just denied it *again*, saying they'd already given me credit. Dunno what's up, Study.com, but this is not cool.

Though I havent had trouble getting a course approved, the grading and ACE approval process at Study.com is very slow.

I'm happy (and relieved) to report that, after multiple emails with 3 different Study.com people, my problem with the credit reporting to ACE was fixed. Each was very polite and professional in working with me to resolve the issue.
