Study.com - Additional Proctored Finals???

My son messed up on his Finance final and needs to re-take it. His dashboard shows he can take a new exam in 15 days, but I'd like to pay the $70 for him to retake it next week. Unfortunately, that option is not showing up on his account. Is this available only to some users, or are we just experiencing a glitch? He's stressing about this (took the final while ill even though I told him to wait) and wanting to get Finance out of his life ASAP.

it is probably a glitch. After you take 2 exams for the month it should state that you can purchase additional exams for 70

I hope so, he will spend the weekend studying and we'll try again on Monday!

You should be able to retake an exam 3 days after failing.

You should be able to take a second exam in a month, and if you've taken that, then you should be able to see the option to pay the $70.

I'm thinking you're right in between those two time periods - it doesn't show you having taken both exams yet? So it won't show the $70 option yet.

I know they don't usually show your score immediately, so I guess the best question to ask is when he took the exam?

He took it 4 days ago and the score just showed up. He failed by one point. So frustrating. He had already taken another test, so it's showing he has 15 days before he can take another test.
