An FYI for everyone reading. In short, don't ask for a PM (private message) for a referral discount, instead - send a PM to someone with your email asking for a referral to Study.com - I've got many people PM me but I get my cousin to do it as my account is on pause. The only thing the person referring you is going to do is copy/paste your email address into Study.com's referral system.
Note: In order to get a discount for Study.com, you need to provide an email address to the person referring you. Asking for a PM is not going to work as you have to provide an email address to someone to refer you. The referral gets sent to you by email from Study.com with a link you click on, sign up with that link. Hope this helps ease the process for you and lessen the unnecessary requests for referrals...

Do they still have annual subs for SDC? My friend wants to continue with them but not at full price. He got a big discount last year for the annual but i don't know if those are around anymore?

Yes, they do. It should be a %10 discount if you opt to be billed annually as follows:
