Even though the COSC page is blank, you can look them up in ACE's database to see what COSC will assign when they get around to it. In other words, COSC's registrar will use the link below, it's the same link you can use. There's about a 99% chance that they will do exactly what ACE has evaluated it as.  Here is the ACE database that has already evaluated both of the Vietnam courses:
http://www2.acenet.edu/credit/?fuseactio...CE=1008350

History 108: History of the Vietnam War (History 108) Credit Recommendation: In the lower-division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 3 semester hours in history of the Vietnam War (4/16).

History 308: Causes and Effects of the Vietnam War (History 308) Credit Recommendation: In the lower-division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 3 semester hours in history or world history (9/16).

Sorry - it's UL through NCCRS.  So you should have it sent that way instead of through ACE if you end up taking it.  Don't put it on your ACE transcript until after you have the NCCRS transcript sent.

No, NCCRS transcripts must be sent directly from the course provider to your school. They don't have their own central credit registry like ACE.

For Study.com you just fill out the normal transfer form for this; just don't have it put on your ACE transcript until after it has been evaluated by the school. Or if you add it there, don't send the ACE transcript until all your NCCRS courses have been evaluated.

OHHHH!!!!! wow, great catch!!!!

So that's really great to know. For the OP, if somehow these both end up coming in as lower level even after HISTORY 308 coming from NCCRS, you would likely be well-prepared for the DSST Vietnam exam which for sure comes in as upper level.

Nope - it no longer does.  It's always been a LL exam (per ACE), but TESU used to bring it in as UL.  Now they follow ACE more closely, and so they count it as the LL exam ACE says it is.
