Are there any UL BUS courses on UMPI that take forever and would be quicker to complete on Study.com? I am currently enrolled in Summer Session 2 and have 8 more courses; however, they're all UL BUS classes.

That's a very similar question you're asking here, we just don't have enough info to process to advise you your next steps... Good to ask questions, but it's much better if you provide more details of what you've got on the table and what's missing, by just saying you're looking at UL BUS courses at UMPI doesn't indicate what you have already that doesn't duplicate what's there.
