I would definitely add in the CLEPs. 8 credits for scoring 56 on Biology, 12 credits for scoring a 63 in Spanish, 4 for Calculus score of 50, etc. CLEPs would knock out all of the science and math requirements, and American Government.

Oh, weird. I think my Chrome Adobe extension was messing it up. Try this: https://www.tamuc.edu/wp-content/uploads...l-2021.pdf
And Rachel, I made a wiki account, so I'll help edit the CLEP into the TAMUC page when I get home tonight. You shouldn't have to do everything.

While you're at it, I noticed under American History, it should say something like "6 credits required in America history."

Weird, I missed it earlier when I read the spreadsheet... it shows that they have two capstone courses... my gosh, why do you need two?

I had the same thought. Maybe it's because it's a lot of work and they expect you to take a full term on each capstone? As in, it should be a 16-week course, but they've split it into two 7-week courses.

ORGL 4352 is a co-requisite of ORGL 4361. It looks like it's just a 6 credit capstone, but they gave it two course codes instead of 6 credits for some reason.
Oh, I misread. Prerequisite or co-requisite. Interesting, but I still think it's just a 6 credit capstone.

I am sure the info is out there, but can someone talk to me about Capstones? This is a new concept to me. It wasn’t a “thing” when I got my degree 100 years ago.

It's a new-ish thing for Bachelor's degrees, but isn't new for Master's degrees. Essentially, in the capstone course, you condense all of the knowledge that you've learned up to now and use it to write a paper or papers; usually in your chosen field. For BSBAs, you usually analyze businesses. For BS degrees, you might write about some scientific principle or something. For BAs, the idea is that you write a paper on whatever your major is, but this isn't strictly enforced at all schools.
