Excelsior and Thomas Edison are having a sale on exams. I
hope this is a regular thing. I would like to pay the fee and
take the exam later at an unkown time. From your experience
can I pay and have time flexibilty or commit to a date to test?
I contacted both schools with the question. They replied but the
answer was ambigious to me
