I was trying to find out which TECEP exams can be used for credit at Excelsior. Here are the ones I found listed in their online course catalog:
English Composition I (but not for the Written English Requirement, I assume)
Introduction to the History of Film
Psychology of Personality
Security Analysis and Portfolio Management
International Finance
Business Law
Introduction to Marketing
Marketing Research
Marketing Management Strategy
(That leaves 57 others NOT listed, about 32 of which are upper level. Only a handful of these duplicate EC exams)
Has anyone been able to apply other TECEP courses to their Excelsior degree? Did you petition for it?
I know TECEP exams are expensive, but for upper level classes, they can still be more economical than a distance-learning course, so I'm curious about how this can be applied to EC.

The following TECEP are also accepted at Excelsior (I had my advisor approve them):
TECEP Database Management (CIS-311-TE)
TECEP Operating Systems (COS-352-TE)

Excelsior also accepts
TECEP's Industrial Psychology and the renowned Operations Management.
The only exam instantcert doesn't cover for Excelsior's Human Resource Management degree is Industrial Psychology. It is very similar to HRM. I passed this exam by using IC's HRM. The first book they reccommend for the exam is nearly useless.
They approved DSST Principles of Supervision, TECEP Industrial Psych, ECE Org Behavior, ECE Labor Relations, ECE Human Resource Mgt; to fill the HR concentration.
