I’m pretty sure the lockdown browser will take up your full screen, and you couldn’t have a second device to use Purdue OWL because the proctor watching through a webcam on your main device screen couldn’t prove you were using the second device only for Purdue OWL.

Look for a circulating copy from a local library, or an old edition sold by an Amazon Marketplace seller fulfilled by Amazon, meaning it’s ready to go in an Amazon warehouse.

My library is the worst but that's a great idea, I should be able to find *something* there! 

Crap ok that makes sense, I thought it would just be like complete screensharing and they'd be able to see I was just using Purdue Owl. I have used ProctorU before but it's been a very long time so I don't remember.

Also review what recommended OER materials there are in the PDF for the respective TECEP exams, sometimes they provide several very helpful freebie or low cost options that may have some content they'll be using for the TECEP exam...

Getting nervous as my test date approaches, I'm terrible with essays and have forgotten how to do citations.

I am going to get a manual today but haven't been able to narrow down which one I should get.

I did look at the TESU page about the test but it's not the same as hearing from someone who has taken it, so any input at all about this TECEP is appreciated lol

Will you please report back how it went?  I'm considering the tecep too.
