TESC - Being Enrolled - Graduation Question
#1
Hello,

I understand that you have to be enrolled when you submit your application to graduate. However, do you also need to be enrolled on the actual graduation date? If you're graduating in June (app submitted on April 1), do you still have to be actively enrolled on the June date (or just back in April)?

Thanks!

From the Request for Graduation: "Students are required to be actively enrolled in the College while earning their degree requirements and when applying for graduation. The Request for Graduation should be submitted prior to the expiration of a student’s annual enrollment with the College." So, you only need to be enrolled when you apply.

You do have the option of doing an enrollment extension in one-month increments, potentially extending your enrollment three more months if you need some more time. The cost is $233/month and you can do it a maximum of three months before they would require another full year enrollment (and the enrollment fee would be credited the amount you'd already paid towards the extensions, or at least that was the policy last year when I ran into a time crunch).

What MrsB said is correct and is documented here:

Enrollment Extension
