Is anyone else that is currently enrolled having a hard time logging in to the online student services page? I have been using the same username and password that I always use but its not letting me in today.

It wouldn't let me in either. I did a "forgot password" and it emailed me a temporary password which worked once I reset the password. Looks like they simply expired all passwords today...
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

You should have gotten an e-mail in the past couple of weeks. They are going to a single sign-on and requiring all students to reset their passwords. I couldn't recall when exactly but apparently it's this week.

The email was sent on April 4, subject "Password Advisory for Online Student Services." Dr Keel also posted the email to the community discussion board, you can check there for full details.

Thanks everyone. I just went and double checked my spam folder, but I never received that e-mail. It's actually not even recognizing my username. I put a ticket in to the help desk so hopefully they'll get back to me soon.

I just got off the phone with TESC. There were "glitches" last week so they actually just started migrating people 4/13. They said J thru M was being done today and that people with last names J thru M should be getting an email later today. Once you get that email you will go to online students and click the "I'm new to online students" and go from there.
Would have been nice if they sent out an email with this info ahead of time! I got the 4/4 email but it was vague.

They responded to me saying they were doing some maintenance and that is why I couldn't login. They reset my password and now I am able to get login. I looked at the e-mail settings and everything is correct. I wonder why I never got the e-mail.
