How long after passing a DSST exam does it usually take for the credit to show up on a TESC eval. My student passed MIS in mid-November and his current TESC eval shows neither a credit nor even a transcript received yet.

IIRC, it can take them up to two weeks to receive the scores. Sometimes, they drag their feet notifying the student when a transcript has been received. Prometric has had technical issues before with sending scores. If TESC hasn't received it, then just contact Prometric, and they'll send out a transcript for free. After a transcript has been received, it can take up to 4-6 weeks for the credits to be added to the evaluation.

It took a couple weeks from requesting the transcript for me to get an email from TESC that they'd received it. Then another 2-3 weeks for it to get added to my Acedemic Eval.

Thanks for the heads up on Prometric transcript issues. My student took the Tech Writing DSST in late May and TESC shows the transcript received date from this test as [TABLE]
